Nachi Waterfall Veneration and Sacred Water Sites

A network of pilgrimage routes leading to Kumano Sanzan (three Kumano shrines) in the Kii Peninsula. Registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2004 as 'Sacred Sites and Pilgrimage Routes in the Kii Mountain Range.'
