Izumo Kagura (Sacred Shrine Dance)

島根縣出雲地方神社舉行的神事藝能。包括「大社舞」、「惠比須舞」等演目，透過華麗衣裳與洗練舞姿表現神道儀式。這項傳統藝能源自古代，是出雲信仰文化的核心要素，並已登錄為聯合國教科文組織無形文化遺產。

Stage expression based on Benten (Saraswati), the widely worshipped Shinto-Buddhist deity of fortune and arts. A syncretic religious and artistic performance combining music, dance, and visual art. Biwa lute melodies and graceful choreography evoke the deity's sacred essence. Evolved from Edo-period temple culture, this tradition continues in island communities and temples nationwide, representing a unique fusion of religious devotion and performing arts.

1914年創設的全女性歌劇團。以男役與娘役的制度為特色，上演華麗的音樂劇與歌舞劇。擁有獨特的明星制度與狂熱的粉絲文化，在日本娛樂史上佔據無可取代的地位。

一人的說書人坐在坐墊上，僅持扇子和手巾就能演繹故事的日本傳統說話藝術。成立於江戶時代，以巧妙的敘述技巧詮釋多個登場人物為其特色。近年來，英語落語和年輕說書人的活躍表現正為這門藝術開拓新的觀眾群。

高知縣發祥的祭典舞蹈，特色是舞者手持鳴子（木製拍板）起舞。1954年始創的高知よさこい祭，因其允許自由編舞與服裝設計的彈性特質而在全國蔓延，並在各地演化出獨特風格，如「YOSAKOIソーラン祭り」等。

1914年創立的全女性歌劇團。由女演員飾演男角的豪華絢爛音樂劇是日本獨特的表演藝術形式，年間吸引250萬觀眾，擁有超過100年的歷史。
