推動建築工程最小化能源消耗，並透過再生能源達成年度能源收支淨零的運動。整合高隔熱、高效率空調系統與太陽光電等技術。作為建築領域實現碳中和的重要施策，正持續擴大推展。

長野縣推動的森林經營改革與碳中和戰略。透過計畫性間伐、在地木材在建築領域的應用，以及森林資源的全面活用，在提升林業經濟自主性的同時實現碳負值目標。這是山林所有者與企業合作開發的新型森林經營模式。

A project transforming Komachi-cho, a historic streetscape in Ueda, Nagano, into a zero-waste tourism destination. It integrates reusable container systems for visitors, retail waste reduction, and regional circular economy building.
