Bandoku 33 Temple Pilgrimage

遍布四國島嶼的八十八座寺院巡禮路線。擁有約一千二百年的歷史，與弘法大師空海的信仰傳統密切相關。全程約一千四百公里，每年有數萬名巡禮者行走其中，尋求靈性開悟與救贖。二〇一五年被認定為日本遺產。

A pilgrimage circuit visiting 34 Kannon temples in the Chichibu region of Saitama Prefecture. Established during the Kamakura period, deeply rooted in local faith. Often combined with the Bandoku 33, collectively called the 'Hyaku Kannon' (100 Kannon temples). 日本最古老的巡禮路線，造訪關西地區33間觀音靈場寺院。2019年獲認定為日本遺產，隨著御朱印集蒐風潮興盛，也在年輕世代間獲得廣泛人氣。

Said to have begun in 708, it became beloved by aristocrats and devotees since the Heian period. Requiring over thirty years for complete pilgrimage, it continues from Edo-period commoner pilgrimages to modern stamp-collecting trends in various pilgrimage formats.
