Data Deletion Requests

• Individual users: anyone who provided personal information via contact form, newsletter, or other features
• IP rights holders: publishers, studios, individual creators, agents, regional authorities whose IPs are catalogued

Authorised representatives accepted with a letter of authorisation.

Please submit through the dedicated form at /legal/contact with your name, contact, request type, target content, and reason (optional). A tracking number is issued automatically.

For rights-holder requests, front-end hiding completes within minutes to a few hours via cache invalidation; DB physical purge completes within 48 hours.

• Personal information from contact form / newsletter
• GA4 access logs (consenting users only)
• Instagram oEmbed HTML, thumbnails, permalinks cached
• Rights-holder visibility flag

• Certain access/security audit logs (up to 1 year)
• Deletion audit records (2 years, per Meta Platform Terms and internal audit; does not contain deleted personal data itself)
• Data subject to tax/accounting retention obligations

We email you with tracking number, completion date/time, and scope deleted.

Identity unverifiable / legal retention obligation / clear infringement of others' rights / repetitive requests. Reasons provided in writing.
