Butoh Soundscape Art Project

An experimental music project utilizing telephone lines installed during Japan's high-growth era as sonic material. It captures disappearing Showa-era soundscapes from electromagnetic waves and wire vibrations, transforming them into art. By fusing urban infrastructure with sound art, it critically examines the relationship between Japan's industrialization and sonic culture through avant-garde practice.
